Wow, this is insane. I just thought of trying to sign in this wordpress bec i am looking for a post slash letter i wrote few years back but unfortunately, i couldnt find it.
The last time i checked and updated this website was, i think, in 2013. I didnt expect that this site will generate a lot of visitors!! In 2014, it had more than 700 visitors. Wow!!
Bec of school works, i dont have enough time to binge-watch korean dramas *sad* and im not even updated to the new dramas that my fave actors are doing *sad** But maybe aside from being busy with papers and reports and whatever, another thing that made me lose interest watching korean dramas is that the story lines are now almost the same. There’s nothing new. Korean dramas in 2014 and 2015 are not the same as the ones back in 2012 and 2013. I was once a fan of kdramas, but something has changed.
But anyway, thank you guys for visiting this site even just for a minute or two. I now have my tumblr account- perfectparadaox.tumblr.com – which contains mostly reblogs but i do have my “personal” tumblr somewhere there. Go find it lol
I am actually planning to delete this site but after seeing the number of views, i guess i’ll just keep it. It will also serve as a memory bank lol i was laughing while reading my entries bec idk i couldnt believe i wrote those lol. But i also plan to create another site/blog here about my adventures and food trips and poems and anything really
OMG! Who is who?? When I saw Keiko in Paradise Kiss, i kept thinking that she looks like someone else. And i realized it’s Iya Villania! 🙂 What dyou think?
Starring: Keiko Kitagawa, Osamu Mukai, Yusuke Yumamoto
The movie is about a very pretty and studious student who always obeys her mother. She’s trying her best to have better grades just to please her mother, although the truth is, she wanted freedom and try doing what she wanted. This [what she wanted] actually happened when she met a group of fashion designers. At first, she kept on refusing their offer to be a model, but then, she met the leader of the group and noticed that there’s something about his stare that bothers her. Some of the members of the group went to her school just to persuade her to be a model, and she always ended up in the studio of the fashion designers. She started to love staying in the Paradise Kiss studio and being with the designers. She was even dressed up to see if she really is the one. Part of her wanted to do the job, but another part of her is afraid of what reaction her mother might have. The leader then talked to her and told her he doesnt need a puppet who is being controlled by another person. She decided to do the modelling to prove that she’s not a puppet and to help the group in the competition. Through time, they started to fall for each other, tho the leader thought that the girl was still in love with her classmate.

I think i cant give it a perfect ten, because the development of their love story is so fast. That’s the only part I didnt like. The story is kinda fast. But! Overall, it’s rally good. I love it. The plot of the story, is very well-written (i was just expecting it will take some time before they fell in love. bec there were no definite signs that they like each other). The characters are all great. Keiko Kitagawa is very very pretty, she looks like a doll and i love her expressions in the drama. And i notice she looks like Iya Villania! Osamu Mukai also did a great job though i thought he was a gay at first. Haha! Twas bec of the way he was dressed. Haha! And the rest of the members of the group were amazing. If you want something new, try this movie. Especially if you like fashion, this is a must-watch for you then 🙂
I really adore Yoon Shi Yoon in the drama Flower Boy Next Door! He’s so funny. So energetic. So naughty. So talkative. His role in this drama is really different from his role in the Baker King. I enjoyed watching FBND because of him! 🙂
Starring: Park Shin Hye, Yoon Shi Yoon, Kim Ji Hoon, Park Soo Jin
The drama is about Go Dok Mi, a shy copy editor, who doesnt want to leave her apartment and interact with the outside world as much as possible. She always peeks at her neighbor across the street until she was caught by Enrique Geum, her neighbor’s cousin, a famous video game creator, who is funny, talkative, and naughty. Her quiet life is turned upside down as she and Enrique build relationship that made her go out of her shell. The story becomes more interesting as she get to know her neighbors and meet the people from her past.

The plot of this drama is very different from the other korean dramas. It’s different from the usual love stories i’ve watched. It doesnt start with the lead actors fighting and then falling in love, or a girl pretending to be a boy and later on falls in love with someone, or a man who travels from 300 years and meets his better half in the modern time. It’s just a simple love story wherein a very talkative boy meets a very shy girl. I really like this drama. It’s very very very funny because of Yoon Shi Yoon. His role in this drama is very different from his role in Baker King. He’s so funny and very energetic. And the other casts proved that they really deserve the roles they got.
Tho i really love the drama, I didnt give it ten starts because i think the development of their love story is too slow. I mean, I’m almost half of the story, but their love story is not that visible. I guess it is focusing more on the funny side of the drama and making the viewers relate to the story especially those who are introverts, or those who are afraid to go out of their shell.
Watched: May 2013
Starring: Jang Na Ra, Lee Jong Suk, Choi Daniel, Kim Woo Bin, Ryu Hyo Young, Park Se Young
The drama centers around the struggles and problems of the students such as bullying, breaking rules and fixing relationships. A teacher was assigned to be the homeroom teacher of the troublesome class. She encountered different problems but still chose to hold the hands of her student. Though some of her students are hard to control, she did not give up and tried her best to change and make them realize their dreams.
The story also depicts the bromance of the two students. Haha joke. Scratch that. It depicts how two best friends fixed their friendship after having misunderstanding. Though it is difficult to forget the feeling of being betrayed by a friend, forgiving is still the best way to solve the problem and start the next chapter of the friendship.

The drama doesnt have a serious plot, i think. I mean, random dilemmas come up in different episodes. After one problem, another one will come. It doesnt have a clear story. It would be better if in the end, the students showed how the teacher changed their outlook in life, graduated and found a job. I also noticed the scenes were always in the classroom or in school. Same things happen over and over again. I think this drama has the same story as Gokusen, but Gokusen has a good plot compared to this. And also, i finished watching this because of Lee Jong Suk hihi :”)
PS. I just realized last night that lee jong suk was also one of the actors in secret garden! 🙂
